Designers:  Tzu-kun, CHEN, Ying-chiang, HUANG, Chien-she Huang, Wen-hsien Lin (no longer the member of PCPV)
The Ideals of Creation:
  • The blue round frame represents the smooth working process and well-organized cooperation among our members, as well as the openness of being the children of the ocean.
  • The wave, dolphin and the logo for volunteers by Council for Cultural Affairs in the middle represent the persistence and origin, intellectual and vigor, cultural and service spirit of the volunteers.
  • The overall design is the double circles which represent the spirit of integration and sustainable cooperation.
 
  • Ocean wave:Peng-hu is the only archipelagos county in Taiwan. Wave which is originated from the ocean possesses with endless and circulating power. The PCPV is the promoter of folk culture and living arts.
  • Dolphin:Dolphin is the smartest and the most vigorous sea creature. The PCPV is like the dolphin, we dedicate ourselves to the sustainable cultural development as our life-long goal.
  • Outer circles:The combination of wave, dolphin, and volunteer logo by Council for Cultural Affair represents the spirit of PCPV. We work as a team and will pursue and preserve the value of culture forever.
